Megvásárolható termékeink, szolgáltatásaink köre és feltételei

Webáruházunkban alkohol tartalmú italokat forgalmazunk, ezért a weblapra történő belépés, és termékeink megrendelése csak a 18-ik életévét betöltött személyek számára engedélyezett!

A termékeknél megjelenített fotók csak illusztrációként szolgálnak, a valóságtól eltérhetnek.

A feltüntetett bruttó árak kizárólag a webshopon keresztül történő megrendelés esetén érvényesek, és tartalmazzák az ÁFA összegét.

A megrendelés feltételei

A termékek megrendelése regisztrációhoz kötött. A regisztráció előnye, hogy amennyiben legközelebb is szeretne tőlünk rendelni, adatait nem szükséges újból megadnia, azokat csak meg kell erősítenie.

Regisztrált ügyfeleinknek a Katalógus Címek menüpontjában módosíthatják szállítási és számlázási címüket.

A regisztráció nem vesz igénybe pár percnél több időt. A rendelkezésünkre bocsátott személyes adatait bizalmasan kezeljük, harmadik fél számára nem adjuk ki. Erről bővebben az Adatkezelési Nyilatkozatban olvashat.

Áru megrendelésének folyamata

A webshopba való belépés után válassza ki az Önt érdeklő terméket. Termékeinkről képet és rövid leírást talál a webshopban.
A termék adatlapján kiválaszthatja a megvásárolni kívánt mennyiséget (alapesetben ez egy egységnyi termék), majd a „Kosárba rakom” gomb megnyomása után eljut a bevásárló kosarához, és megtekintheti annak tartalmát.
A Pénztár oldalon Ön megadhatja vagy megváltoztathatja számlázási/szállítási címét , ha ezt még nem tette meg. Ugyancsak itt írhat üzenetet nekünk, például a kiszállítás időpontjával kapcsolatban.
A megrendelés elküldése előtt el kell fogadnia az Általános Szállítási és fizetési feltételeket.
A pénztár oldalon átutalással vagy PayPal fizetéssel egyenlítheti ki a végösszeget. A„Megrendelés megerősítése” gombra kattintva tudja véglegesíteni a vásárlását.
A rendeléséről rendszerünk Önt egy automatikus e-mailben tájékoztatja.
A megrendelés akkor válik élővé ha azt az ügyfélszolgálatunk e-mailben visszaigazolja.

Szállítási feltételeink, díjaink

A megrendelést megerősítő levelet a regisztrációkor megadott e-mail címére küldjük. A megrendelés csak az általunk kiküldött megerősítő levéllel válik érvényessé.

A webshopon keresztüli rendelés esetén kiszállítást kizárólag Magyarország határain belül vállalunk.

A szállítási díjat a rendelés értéke határozza meg. 25.000 Ft vagy efeletti rendelés esetén a kiszállítás díjmentes, míg 25.000 Ft alatt 2.500 Ft (990 Ft Budapesten).

A beérkező rendelés kiszállítása a fizetést követő 2-3 munkanapon belül történik.

Hétvégén vagy munkaszüneti napokon nem tudunk árút kézbesíteni, illetve erre vonatkozó kérést teljesíteni.

Az árut a megrendeléskor megadott címre futárszolgálattal kézbesítjük 8-16 óra között. Ha az árut csak délelőtt vagy délután áll módjában átvenni, ezt vásárláskor kérjük a megjegyzésben feltüntetni.

Fizetés átvételkor csak készpénzzel lehetséges. A számlát az áruval együtt a futár kézbesíti.

Kérjük Önt, hogy az árut átvételkor még a futár jelenlétében vizsgálja meg, és ha sérülést vagy hibát észlel kérje jegyzőkönyv felvételét és ne vegye át a csomagot.

A megrendelés lemondásának módja

A már visszaigazolt megrendelésén is változtathat. Ebben az esetben kérjük írjon az info@vinificando.eu címre. Az e-mailben kérjük tüntesse fel a megrendelési számot.

Elállás joga

Ön mint vásárló, a megrendelt termékek átvételét követő 8 munkanapon belül indoklás nélkül elállhat a vásárlástól, kivéve, ha a megrendelt és kiszállított áru természete a visszaszolgáltatást nem teszi lehetővé, vagy ha az áru romlandó. Cégünk köteles Önnek a termékért a kifizetett vételárat visszatéríteni, ha Ön az árut sérülésmentesen, hiánytalanul, bontatlan csomagolásban hozzánk visszajuttatta. A visszatérítést legkésőbb az áru visszaszolgáltatásától számított harminc napon belül vagyunk kötelesek teljesíteni.

A visszatérítés szállítási költségre nem vonatkozik, és az elállási jog gyakorlásából fakadó esetleges visszaszállítási költségek is a megrendelőt terhelik.

We sell alcoholic beverages in our web store, therefore, entering the website and ordering our products is only permitted for persons over the age of 18!

The photos displayed for the products are for illustration purposes only and may differ from reality.

The gross prices shown are valid only for orders placed through the webshop and include VAT.

Terms and conditions of the order

Ordering products requires registration. The advantage of registration is that if you want to order from us again next time, you do not need to enter your details again, you only need to confirm them.

Our registered customers can change their shipping and billing addresses in the Catalog Addresses menu.

Registration will not take more than a few minutes. We will treat your personal data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. You can read more about this in the Privacy Policy.

The process of ordering goods

After entering the webshop, select the product you are interested in. You will find a picture and a short description of our products in the webshop.
On the product data sheet, you can select the quantity you want to purchase (by default, this is one unit of the product), then after pressing the “Add to cart” button, you will be taken to the shopping cart and can view its contents.
On the Checkout page, you can enter or change your billing/shipping address if you haven’t already done so. You can also send us a message here, for example regarding delivery times.
Before submitting your order, you must accept the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment.
On the checkout page, you can pay the total amount by bank transfer or PayPal. You can finalize your purchase by clicking the “Confirm Order” button.
Our system will inform you about your order in an automatic email.
The order becomes live when our customer service confirms it by email.

Our delivery terms and prices

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The order will only become valid with the confirmation email we send.

When ordering through the webshop, we only deliver within the borders of Hungary.

The shipping fee is determined by the value of the order. For orders of 25,000 HUF or more, shipping is free, while for orders under 25,000 HUF it is 2,500 HUF (990 HUF in Budapest).

The order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

We are unable to deliver goods or fulfill requests on weekends or public holidays.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided when ordering by courier between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you are only able to collect the goods in the morning or afternoon, please indicate this in the comments when purchasing.

Payment is only possible in cash upon receipt. The invoice will be delivered by the courier together with the goods.

We ask you to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier upon receipt, and if you notice any damage or defects, ask for a report to be made and do not accept the package.

How to cancel an order

You can also change your order that has already been confirmed. In this case, please write to info@vinificando.eu. Please include your order number in the email.

Right of withdrawal

You, as a buyer, may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 8 working days of receiving the ordered products, unless the nature of the ordered and delivered goods does not allow for a return, or if the goods are perishable. Our company is obliged to refund the purchase price paid for the product to you if you return the goods to us undamaged, intact, and in unopened packaging. We are obliged to make the refund no later than thirty days after the goods are returned.

The refund does not apply to shipping costs, and any return shipping costs resulting from exercising the right of withdrawal are also borne by the customer.

La nostra gamma di prodotti e servizi disponibili per l’acquisto e i relativi termini e condizioni

Vendiamo bevande alcoliche nel nostro negozio online, pertanto l’accesso al sito web e l’ordine dei nostri prodotti sono consentiti esclusivamente ai maggiorenni (età superiore ai 18 anni)!

Le foto mostrate per i prodotti hanno solo scopo illustrativo e possono differire dalla realtà.

I prezzi lordi indicati sono validi esclusivamente per gli ordini effettuati tramite il webshop e includono l’IVA.

Termini e condizioni dell’ordine

L’ordinazione dei prodotti richiede la registrazione. Il vantaggio della registrazione è che, se desideri ordinare di nuovo da noi in futuro, non sarà necessario reinserire i tuoi dati: sarà sufficiente confermarli.

I nostri clienti registrati possono modificare gli indirizzi di spedizione e fatturazione nel menu Catalogo > Indirizzi.

La registrazione richiede solo pochi minuti. Tratteremo i tuoi dati personali in modo riservato e non li divulgheremo a terzi. Puoi leggere di più nella nostra Informativa sulla privacy.

Procedura per ordinare i prodotti

Dopo aver effettuato l’accesso al webshop, seleziona il prodotto di tuo interesse. Nel webshop troverai un’immagine e una breve descrizione dei nostri prodotti.
Nella scheda prodotto puoi selezionare la quantità desiderata (di default, una singola unità), poi, cliccando sul pulsante “Aggiungi al carrello”, verrai reindirizzato al carrello dove potrai visualizzarne il contenuto.

Nella pagina Checkout, potrai inserire o modificare l’indirizzo di fatturazione/spedizione, se non l’hai già fatto. Qui potrai anche inviarci un messaggio, ad esempio riguardo agli orari di consegna.

Prima di inviare l’ordine, sarà necessario accettare i Termini e Condizioni Generali di Consegna e Pagamento.
Nella pagina di checkout, potrai pagare l’importo totale tramite bonifico bancario o PayPal. Puoi finalizzare l’acquisto cliccando sul pulsante “Conferma ordine”.

Il nostro sistema ti informerà dell’avvenuto ordine tramite email automatica.
L’ordine diventa effettivo solo quando il nostro servizio clienti lo conferma via email.

Termini e costi di consegna

Una email di conferma dell’ordine verrà inviata all’indirizzo email fornito durante la registrazione. L’ordine sarà considerato valido solo a seguito della nostra email di conferma.

Effettuiamo consegne esclusivamente entro i confini dell’Ungheria per gli ordini effettuati tramite il webshop.

Il costo di spedizione dipende dal valore dell’ordine. Per ordini pari o superiori a 25.000 HUF, la spedizione è gratuita; per ordini inferiori a tale importo, la tariffa è di 2.500 HUF (o 990 HUF a Budapest).

La spedizione dell’ordine avverrà entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del pagamento.

Non effettuiamo consegne né gestiamo richieste nei weekend o nei giorni festivi.

I prodotti saranno consegnati all’indirizzo indicato durante l’ordine da un corriere, tra le 8:00 e le 16:00. Se puoi ricevere la merce solo al mattino o al pomeriggio, ti preghiamo di indicarlo nei commenti durante l’acquisto.

Il pagamento potrà essere effettuato solo in contanti alla consegna. La fattura verrà consegnata dal corriere insieme ai prodotti.

Ti chiediamo di verificare i prodotti in presenza del corriere al momento della consegna; se noti danni o difetti, chiedi che venga redatto un verbale e non accettare il pacco.

Come annullare un ordine

Puoi anche modificare un ordine già confermato. In tal caso, ti preghiamo di scrivere a info@vinificando.eu, indicando il numero d’ordine nell’email.

Diritto di recesso

In qualità di acquirente, hai il diritto di annullare l’acquisto senza fornire alcuna motivazione entro 8 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dei prodotti ordinati, salvo nei casi in cui la natura dei beni ordinati e consegnati non consenta la restituzione, oppure se i beni sono deperibili.
La nostra azienda è tenuta a rimborsare il prezzo di acquisto del prodotto se ci viene restituito integro, non danneggiato e nella confezione originale sigillata.
Il rimborso verrà effettuato entro e non oltre trenta giorni dalla restituzione dei beni.

Il rimborso non include le spese di spedizione, e le spese di restituzione derivanti dall’esercizio del diritto di recesso sono a carico del cliente.
